Campetella Robotic Center is proud to present its new automatic coilers, the Gyre Series.

Forerunners in the automation field, we have developed latest generation coilers, which perfectly interact and integrate with our robots to fully optimize the production process of reels for corrugated, coated and smooth pipes.

• Automated control: the sophisticated control system, with proprietary software and high-performance CNC motion controller, allows for easy customization of the coiling settings based on different reel formats.
• Energy Efficiency: we care about the environment and we strive to reduce our customers’ operating costs. The optimized use of high-efficiency brushless motors minimizes the energy used during the entire process, thus encouraging a more efficient resource utilization.
• End-of-line automation: The Gyre coilers perfectly integrate with our cartesian and SCARA robots in charge of palletizing, boxing and packing the reels, sparing the operator any demanding intervention.
