Intuitive and optimized software
The control system results from the experience we have been gaining with our robots. In fact, both our coilers and robots share the same CNC motion controller and brushless servomotors. The software has been conceived and optimized to offer the best user experience. The 15” touch display of the interface allows to easily control and monitor the entire process.
Gentle reel handling
Our coilers take care of your reels by handling them with a soft touch. Thanks to the CNC control and brushless servo motors, each movement is smooth and controlled, thus preventing the reel from being accidentally scratched or marked. The reel is then eased down on the integrated conveyor belt, which is placed at an ergonomic height.
Safe non-stop production
It is possible to safely access one coil while the other keeps running, thus safeguarding your productivity and avoiding onerous downtime since the extrusion process never stops.
High flexibility thanks to the configurable reel unloading side
You are free to choose between two different unloading sides, rear or lateral, to meet the specific requirements of your production plant.
Reduced maintenance and optimized energy consumption
The fixed position of the reels, with no slip rings, avoids moving their heavy mass. As a result, the machine needs less maintenance and boasts higher energy efficiency. By employing two binders, we succeeded in maximizing the autonomy of the strap loaders while minimizing the wear of the sealing heads.
