Gyre 800 is a coiler with two parallel reels, created for high-speed winding and packing of reels with an external diameter up to 800 mm. Its innovative automatic regulation system, that adapts itselfs according to the internal diameter and width of the reel, is aimed at offering the highest level of precision and flexibility with different reel formats.
Ideal for the following types of pipes:
- Smooth HDPE
- Corrugated PE
- Smooth /corrugated/spiral PVC
- Rilsan
- Braided
- Reinforced for oleodynamics
- External diameter of the reel: max 800 mm
- Internal diameter of the reel: 200 - 360 mm
- Width of the reel: 90 - 250 mm
- Strapping unit and brushless servo motors
- Footprint on the ground: 3360 x 2420 mm

Intuitive and optimized software
The control system results from the experience we have been gaining with our robots. In fact, both our coilers and robots share the same CNC motion controller and brushless servomotors. The software has been conceived and optimized to offer the best user experience. The 15” touch display of the interface allows to easily control and monitor the entire process.
Gentle reel handling
Our coilers take care of your reels by handling them with a soft touch. Thanks to the CNC control and brushless servo motors, each movement is smooth and controlled, thus preventing the reel from being accidentally scratched or marked. The reel is then eased down on the integrated conveyor belt, which is placed at an ergonomic height.
High flexibility thanks to the configurable reel unloading side
You are free to choose among three different unloading sides – right, left or rear – to meet the specific requirements of your production plant.
Reduced maintenance and optimized energy consumption
The fixed position of the reels, with no slip rings, avoids moving their heavy mass. As a result, the machine needs less maintenance and boasts higher energy efficiency.
Effortless positioning
Gyre 800 is designed to be easily forklifted and moved from one extruder to another. This way you can place it wherever you need, thus maximizing the efficiency of your production line.
