From 26 to 28 September, Campetella awaits you at Interplas, in Birmingham, to walk you through its advanced robotic solutions.
At Interplas 2023 Campetella will exhibit a selection of its flagship robots. Among the cartesian top-entry range you will have the chance to take a look both at our top-entry X-Series MC2 and sprue picker Prime Series SP3R-AR, exhibited in the Campetella booth, Hall 4 C 80. Meanwhile, our partner BMB, stand D80, Hall 4, will host our stack mold robot X-Series GS2W.
The X-Series MC2 guarantees maximum performance thanks to the solid and tested mechanical engineering, the latest generation electronic controls and the proprietary software. Its high configurability, from the gripping system’s pneumatics to the electronic and control devices, is aimed at meeting every possible application need.
The second one belongs to our sprue picker range and will be shown at the Campetella booth together with the MC2 X-Series robot. All Campetella sprue pickers boast fast and reliable electric servo drives that require minimal maintenance and are designed to offer all the basic functions with maximum accuracy and ease of use. The SP3R-AR, recommended for IMMs from 20 to 300 tons, is designed to combine low power consumption and high reliability with maximum performance. It is equipped with a rotary pneumatic base aimed at minimizing the footprint on the ground and 3 servo-driven axes, two of which linear (X, Y) and one rotary (A) featured by highly advanced electronics resulting in quick movements and unthinkable productivity.
The last one is a top-entry premium class robot with double vertical axis for the most extreme performance. Its powerful servo motors, combined with materials typically used in the aerospace industry, ensure record-breaking accelerations and speed, for operating cycle times of up to 3.0 seconds. We are talking about the ultra-fast GS2W X-Series, designed for stack-molding application. It boasts extremely low cycle times, similar to those of side-entry robots, while boasting a minimal footprint on the ground.
