2. Purposes of processing and legal basis

Campetella Robotic Center srl processes personal data for the purpose of executing orders and performing contracts as well as in the exercise of legal retention requirements. In addition, processing steps are carried out in order to enable registration and authentication procedures.

Personal data are obtained, processed and, if necessary, transmitted by Campetella Robotic Center srl on the basis of the consent of the data subject. The primary purpose of the contract performance constitues a supplementary legal basis.

3. Recipients within the European Union

As far as required by the purposes of processing, personal data are transferred to the companies within the European Union.

6. Storage period

In accordance with the principle of storage limitation, Campetella Robotic Center srl stores personal data for the duration of statutory retention and storage periods. Beyond the statutory retention periods, personal data will not be stored for longer than is necessary for the fulfilment of the respective processing purpose or – in particular pursuant to Article 17 GDPR – for asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.

Data subjects have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawl.

9. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

10. Source of processed data

To the extent that the personal data processed do not originate from publicly accessible sources, such as public registers, Campetella Robotic Center srl obtains data exclusively from those legal entities for which the data subjects function as representatives.
